  • Hardened, spring-tempered stainless steel 17-4PH, with a Rockwell of 44C. Specifically manufactured for speargun Spears/Shafts, these shafts offer the best combination of hardness and spring tension while resisting oxidation. 9/32" (7.1mm) or 5/16" (8mm) Diameter with 6mm threads on both ends.

  • With 6mm standard US threads, these shafts will work with most speartips in the US market today. Offering great flexibility of Spearheads that can be used for different types of hunting.

  • Spear does not Include the slide ring or threaded butt adapter. You must purchase those parts separately according to your brand and model speargun. You can find the Slide ring set HERE, and the butt adapter HERE

  • These 7.1mm (9/2") spears can be used on many pneumatic spearguns that come from a factory with an 8mm (5/16") spear. A thinner spear will be a faster shot and increase accuracy. Just be sure to choose the correct end adapter to fit your spear gun.

  • Choose from the different end adapters to fit your speargun. Note that the Mares Cyrano adapter will also work on any other speargun that came from the factory with a 7mm spear. The adapter can be replaced to use this Spear with different brands and models of pneumatic spearguns.
