North Carolina, Cape Hatteras's outer banks are known for their blue water fish.

A local craftsman named Joey Daniels makes these flashers for us one at a time by assembling fishing beads used for trolling rigs, steel cables to avoid toothy critter cutoffs, squid and stainless steel plates with reflector tape.

Each flasher is Guaranteed not to fail against bite offs and made from high quality commercial fishing grade materials.
