This Buckle is meant to be used with the Apneautic and Mares Neck Weights. Once the neck weight segments are put together with the proper weight needed this strap closes the gap and it is fully adjustable to fit all neck circumferences. Equipped with a quick disconnect buckle, this strap makes it easy to quickly remove the neck weights in case of any emergency.
